Objective: To analyze the marketing situation of rabies vaccine for human use in China in ten years. Methods &Results: The batch release data of rabies vaccine for human use from 2011 to 2020 were summarized and analyzed according to the official open data by the national institute for food and drug control (NIFDC). In the past ten years, the annual maximum number of issued was 17.7 million dose for one person, the annual minimum number of issued copies was 10.7 million dose for one person, and the average was 14.7 million dose. The main types of rabies vaccines for human use are Vero cell matrix, hamster kidney cell matrix, human diploid cell matrix and chicken embryo cell matrix, and chicken embryo fine cell matrix is produced by Chiron Behring Vaccines Private Ltd(India). In the past ten years, the production of human rabies vaccine Vero cells was dominated, such as it can be accounting for about 89.7% of the market in the years of 2020. Conclusion: The market situation of human rabies vaccine for the past decade is stable, and the average annual quantity which can be basically meet the market demandis was about 15 million dose for one person. At present, rabies vaccines for human use in China are mainly produced by domestic vaccine manufacture.

Objective The virus-like particlesVLPsof enterovirus 71EV71expressed in Hansenula polymorpha, EV71 vaccine was prepared by different test design and the immunogenicity was evaluated. Methods Vaccine stock solution with recombinant was obtained from fermented product processed through series of purification operations. EV71 vaccine was prepared with VLPs and the serum neutralizing antibodiesNTAbswas determinated to evaluate the immunogenicity of different lines of mice, different aluminum adjuvants and different immune doses. Results EV71 vaccine was prepared with aluminum hydroxide and immunized SPF NIH mice were more sensitive to determinate NTAbs. Different immune doses of EV71 vaccine all have good immunogenicity, and the second immunization can enhance the immune effect significantly, and the NTAbs increases gradually with the increase of immune dose. The results showed that the immunogenicity in mice was dose-effect relationship with the immune dose. Conclusion EV71 VLPs vaccines prepared in this study have good immunogenicity, which provide reference data for the subsequent formulation and the development of polyvalent vaccine.

Qi Changqing was born into a Manchu Family in Beijing in 1896. After the founding of China, Qi Changqing successively served as the first, second and third members of the biological products branch of the medical committee of the Ministry of health, the first and second vice chairmen of Gansu microbial society, the honorary deputy director of Gansu Medical Association and immunology society, the honorary deputy director of Gansu veterinary society, as well as the first and second members of Gansu CPPCC and the third, fourth and fifth Standing Committee. Qi Changqing was patriotic, honest and clean all his life, supported socialism, and was labeled as a "reactionary academic authority" in the "Cultural Revolution" movement. He was criticized and unfairly treated. However, his faith in the party and socialism remained unchanged. He joined the Communist Party of China at the age of 86 in 1982. In recognition of Qi Changqing's contribution to national health and epidemic prevention, he has been approved to enjoy the special allowance of the State Council since 1991. Qi Changqing died in Beijing in 1992 at the age of 96.

Grass Carp Reovirus(GCRV), also called Grass Carp Hemorrhagic Disease Virus, is the first fish virus isolated in China. Grass carp hemorrhagic disease caused by GCRV is a highly infectious and pathogenic fish disease. It has the characteristics of wide epidemic range, long onset season, high morbidity and mortality. However, its frequent outbreak has affected the development of aquaculture industry in China and caused huge economic losses to freshwater fisheries. Therefore, it is imperative to study the theory of grass carp reovirus.This paper mainly reviews the biological characteristics, pathogenic mechanism and vaccine of GCRV, aiming at summarizing the relevant theoretical basis and understanding the new technologies and methods related to GCRV vaccine. To provide a strong and powerful theoretical reference for the prevention of the virus disease and development of green fisheries.
